Tool Tether (Dyneema Anchor)

Description

The (Dyneema Anchor) tool tether is made in the UK by Leading Edge.  
The design provides a retro-fit secure fixing solution for tools with captive or shaped handles,
providing a rated anchorage point.  Dyneema is a high Tec material benefiting from very high
abrasion resistance properties, combined with low stretch static strength.  

Features

• Dyneema loop is made out of ‘Dyneema’ a form of incredibly strong webbing, benefiting from very high abrasion resistance properties, therefore ideally suited in harsh environments, combined with low stretch static strength.  The use of this high tec material is relatively new in tool lanyards with it commanding a premium in price compared to normal polyester lanyards.  The lanyard uses double thickness layers making it very strong, reinforced eyes and bar tacked for superior strength finish
• Dyneema anchor loop fixes around shaped handles or through captive tool handles
• Light weight, flexible , very strong with superior abrasion resistance
• Dyneema loop tool tether allows for direct tool attachment via a connector
• Manufactured to withstand the rigors of extreme industry and marine environment
• Rated for hand tools up to 5kgs (Dynamically tested - see ‘testing pages’ for more info).  Rating using a 2:1 safety factor
• Individually serialised for clear easy inspection, full traceability and control
• Issued with a ‘Declaration of Conformity’ product certificate and ‘Final Inspection’ sheet
