PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM LEADING EDGE SAFETY. BY MAKING AN ONLINE PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Leading Edge Safety, Gosport, ordered from the Leading Edge Safety website at http:/shop.leadingedgesafety.co.uk. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.   You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Leading Edge Safety reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.  
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.



ORDERS AND PRICES

Leading Edge Safety uses a highly secure 128bit secure gateway as their online purchasing system. Leading Edge Safety accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase. All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process, and will be clearly shown.


All prices may be subject to change without notice to you in relation to future sales. The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Leading Edge Safety will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. When ordering online your order will be sent to Leading Edge Safety through highly secure 128bit secure gateway by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Leading Edge Safety has received your order.


Should you not receive an email please contact Leading Edge Safety on 01329 827 997. Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone on 01329 827 997 or by BACS. If you are shopping from outside the UK and wish to use your own carrier service, please contact Leading Edge Safety directly to place your order as terms and conditions, and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Leading Edge Safety will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods. Leading Edge Safety is under no obligation to accept any order.



DELIVERY

 All delivery times quoted on the Leading Edge Safety website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Leading Edge Safety may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order at no extra cost to you. Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, unless otherwise arranged with the Leading Edge Safety at the time of your order. All goods will be sent on a next day (signed for) service, by either first class mail (smaller goods) or by TNT courier service (larger goods) as automatically selected by the shopping basket system.

Leading Edge Safety will endeavour to despatch within 5 working days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email or by phone at time of purchase. Delivery of goods to you will be considered to have occurred once the goods are placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use. If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Leading Edge Safety cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature for goods received is required on all items before they will be left via the mail or courier services. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you. Once goods are considered delivered the responsibility for the goods, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for them.

If Leading Edge Safety are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, Leading Edge Safety will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order. Leading Edge Safety is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Leading Edge Safety is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Leading Edge Safety uses highly secure 128bit secure gateway for online payments. This allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. Leading Edge Safety is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

RETURNS

In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Leading Edge Safety on 01329 827 997. Leading Edge Safety accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
